Shipping Policy
Turnaround:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.
Carriers:
We may use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
International Orders
International orders will be charged a minimum rate of $29.95 — subject to change due to fluctuation in carrier rates.
NOTE: Free (Included) Shipping not available on international orders.
Cancellation/Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
You may request a full refund for your item within 30 days of your purchase.
How To Return An Item
1. Please email cs@thirdelementwater.com to request a refund and receive the RMA
(return merchandise authorization). The RMA needs to be placed on the package being
returned. No refunds will be made without an RMA.
2. Include your order number in the email and the reason for return.
3. We will then credit you the full amount of the order upon receipt of merchandise.
Any items returned will be at the expense of the customer. We recommend you send
the package in a trackable manner for your protection.
Exchange Policy
If an item has been shipped by the company in error, we will send out the correct product
out immediately at our expense upon notification by customer.
To notify of a product sent in error, please email cs@thirdelementwater.com along with
your name and order number.
